A full service fee will be charged for any late cancellations. All cancellations must be done before 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel after 24 hours you will be charged the full amount of the service you scheduled for. No-shows will be charged the full amount of service and will not be re booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
